The factory is established in dec 2005 in a build up area of 5600 sq meter in a total land area of 40000 sq. Meters on national highway no-8b,22 kilometers from city of rajkot, gujrat. The production facility is divided into two halls in ground + two floors. The hall one comprises of equipments pertaining to piperidones & piperidines for condensation, hydrolysis & grignard reaction. Hall two comprises of condensation, cyclization & glass lined reaction.

4-amino 1,2,4 triazole are carried out in fully dedicated equipments. Hydrazine hydrate & formic acid is charged in reactor through vacuum. Condensation is carried out & condensed mass is transferred to other dedicated reactor for cyclization through permanent transfer line, where cyclization takes place. After cyclization, cyclone mass is subjected to charcoal treatment & mass is filtered through dedicated sparkler & filtrate is directly collected in to crystallizer for the crystallization of the product. Crystallized mass taken for centrifuge through permanent line. After centrifuge & washing of the product, is moved to vacuum tray dryer, which is first manual operation. Product after drying moved to semi finished goods quarantine area for testing & packing.
